I'm renting out my apartment in the coziest spot in Utrecht, namely in Ondiep. The apartment is available from October 24 to December 1, as I'm going away for five weeks. It's 60 m² in size, located just 7 minutes by bike from Utrecht Central Station, and I can temporarily transfer my parking permit for this period. The apartment has all facilities, including a kitchen from 2023 and a bathroom from May 2025. Because I've been renovating in phases over the past 2.5 years and ran into some delays, there are still a couple of things that need finishing. Think painting the stairs and doors. That's why for this period I'm mainly asking for a compensation that covers my fixed costs. I have €1200,- in mind for this. Upon request, I can share more photos of the interior.
