We are Hans and Joyce, a couple from Zuidwolde (Drenthe), and we are looking for a new rental home where we can stay for a longer period. We prefer a detached house, farmhouse, bungalow or another special property in the countryside, on the edge of a village or in a quiet location. A semi-detached house or corner house in a quiet village is also negotiable. We are looking for at least two bedrooms, plus a separate space for my administration and advisory office (approximately 16 m²), and a private garden or green outdoor space for our three older outdoor cats. Drenthe is our preference, but Overijssel, the North Veluwe, Friesland and the North Holland coast are also options. Our target price is approximately € 1,200 per month, but for a particularly suitable property, a higher rent is negotiable. A former business property, rectory, property on an estate or a house where some supervision or light maintenance is desired can also be interesting. We are looking for a property for permanent residence, with registration with the municipality, and a rental agreement for an indefinite period. Preferably directly from the owner.
