Use of AI functionalities

On our Platform we offer optional AI functionalities that help you draft a question. When you use these, we process the input you provide as follows:

For these functionalities we engage external AI service providers who act as processors on our behalf, including Anthropic (for generating text) and OpenAI (for speech transcription). The text or audio you provide is sent to these service providers solely to perform the requested function. These parties may be located outside the European Economic Area; in that case, we ensure appropriate safeguards as described under “Transfers outside the EEA”.

The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the contract (delivering the requested functionality). Using the AI functionalities is voluntary: you can always fill in a description and payout moment manually yourself. The AI-generated text is a suggestion — you remain responsible for the final content of your question and must check it before publishing.

Every calendar year, AskTippi, like other platform providers, is required to submit this DAC7 report to the Belastingdienst. For further information, you can consult the Belastingdienst website.

Access to our website is only possible for minor users if they have permission from their legal representative, or if it is customary in society for a minor of that age to independently carry out the relevant action. Personal data of minors is only collected in those specific situations.

Transfers outside the EEA

When personal data is shared with or provided to entities outside the European Economic Area, we ensure that appropriate measures are taken to make this transfer compliant with the relevant legislation. Before sharing personal data with third parties, we first verify whether there is an adequacy decision from the European Commission confirming that a particular country, sector, or region offers an adequate level of protection. If this is not the case, we conclude the EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses with the relevant party.
